Questions
What's a premium build?
Each new pop, or change to one, made by our best builder uses one premium build. Fixes and retries after a build that went wrong are free.
What happens when I run out?
Your builds keep working on the standard builder. Your month's premium builds arrive in parts, about every 3 days, so more are never far off. Or top up: 10 premium builds for $4. Top-ups never expire.
Do yearly plans get their builds all at once?
No: a yearly plan gets the same premium builds every month as the monthly plan, for less.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, in Settings → Billing. A change takes effect right away and is prorated to the day: if the new plan costs more, you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period now; if it costs less, the difference is kept as credit and used on your next bills. Switching between monthly and yearly starts a new billing period on that day.
How does the Headliner intro offer renew?
You pay $69 for your first 3 months of Headliner. After that the subscription renews automatically at $25 a month until you cancel. We email you before the first monthly charge, and you can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. The intro offer is once per account.
Who can get the t-shirt?
Anyone who takes the Headliner intro offer with a US card and a US shipping address (the 50 states and DC), on their first purchase of it, one per account, while supplies last. Void where prohibited. If your card isn't from the US, your plan works the same, but no shirt ships. Full terms are in our Terms under Promotions.
What's a custom domain?
Your own web address (like games.example.com) showing one of your profiles, clubs or pops. Headliner includes 1 domain. You set it up in Settings → Domains; you'll need to add two DNS records where you bought the domain.
I'm on Creator. What changes?
Nothing you pay: Creator isn't sold any more, and existing Creator plans keep their price and renew as before. Creator now includes the same builds and features as Headliner.
